🏷️ Selling
Selling is built on the tradable flag you already use in the app: mark a card tradable and it is for sale. There are no per-card listings to write.
✅ Opting in
Open Sell from the account menu in the portal and opt in once:
- Connect a Stripe account for payouts. Stripe handles identity and bank details; TCG Archivist never sees them
- Set a return address, printed on tracked labels
- Accept the seller terms
- Set your price dial: one percentage of live market value that prices everything you list
📦 Your listings
Your tradable cards are your listings. Mark cards tradable in the app, from the card dialog's Collection tab or with a mass selection, and they appear for sale at your price dial's percentage of market value. Mark them not tradable and they come off.
Cards in a deck are listed only if you turn on List cards in my decks on the Sell page.
The Sell page shows what you have listed, lets you search and filter it, and opens the same card dialog as the app so you can change a copy's tradable status without leaving the portal.
🤝 Accepting a sale
A sale arrives as a notification and under Sales in your Orders tab. Accepting captures the buyer's payment, so check the exact versions and condition before accepting; decline if you do not wish to ship.
Accepting and shipping share one window from the sale, so accepting late only shrinks your packing time.
🚚 Packing and shipping
Ship by the same deadline. The order lists every card with its storage location, so pulling them is easy.
- Tracked orders get a prepaid label bought automatically. Print it and drop the package off
- Untracked orders you stamp and mail yourself. The shipping charge is paid to you with the order
Mark the order shipped from the Orders tab.
💰 Getting paid
Your payout transfers when the buyer confirms receipt, or when the order auto-completes. Not at acceptance, and not at shipping. The Sales side of your Orders tab shows the order through to completion.
⚠️ Keeping your seller standing
Declining or letting orders expire counts against you. Repeated misses suspend selling for a while. Your Sell page shows the figures buyers see: your rating, how fast you ship, and how often you decline.
