💸 Fees

Worked example, one $10 card shipped untracked: the buyer pays $10.00 + $1.49 shipping + $0.65 processing = $12.14. The seller receives $10.99.
⏱️ Order windows

🚨 When something goes wrong
An order never arrived
The buyer reports it from the order any time after shipping. The order freezes, the seller is notified, and the buyer is refunded if the package does not turn up.
The wrong cards arrived
Use Report a problem on the order. The order freezes until it is sorted out.
Cancelling
A seller can cancel before shipping for a full refund. Deadlines enforce themselves: an order that expires unaccepted releases the hold, and an unshipped one past its deadline is cancelled and refunded automatically.
